Variocut G 399 is a low-viscosity grinding and honing oil. It is designed for grinding, honing and superfinishing of ferrous materials.
Variocut G 399 meets high finishing demands of bearings.
This product contains active sulphur and is not compatible with yellow metals.
Its excellent flushing and lubrication properties extend grinding wheels and honing stone life by enabling high surface finish and dimensional accuracy.
Viscosity at 40 °C (104 °F): 5.5 mm2/sec
Flash point, open cup method: 130 °C
Copper corrosion, 3 hours at 100 °C (212 °F): 4c
