Solvent-based, exceptionally long-term corrosion protection oil for use in severe conditions where a high degree of protection is required. After evaporation of the solvent, it gives a hard waxy yet flexible film.
Rustilo 181 is ideal for protection of to certain engine spares such as fuel injector nozzles, fin tubes and similar highly finished parts prior to long-term storage or transportation.
Its protective film has good mechanical strength and finger print suppressing properties, so the handling of the highly finished part is easier and less risky.
Corrosion protection, indoor storage: up to 8 - 10 years
Corrosion protection, outdoor storage: 1 - 2 years
