Syntilo 81 BF is a boron free, synthetic general-purpose grinding fluid for ferrous metals. This coolant is recommended for surface, cylindrical, double disk and centreless grinding.
Castrol Syntilo 81 BF both can be used with soft and hard water. The product foam characteristic remains low in every water condition. Also, it provides excellent corrosion protection used in recommended concentrations. Because this is a synthetic coolant, it rejects the tramp oil to its surface, so it becomes easy to remove.
Recommended concentration:
Grinding: 3 - 5 %
Appearance of the concentrate: yellowish, transparent
