MOL Hydro HME 68
Hydraulic Oils
Hydro HME 68 is a premium quality hydraulic fluid, containing a zinc based additive for reducing wear, and is composed of mineral base oils of carefully selected quality, exhibiting excellent performance in a wide range of industrial and mobile hydraulic equipment operating under heavy loads.
It ensures outstanding wear resistance. In the standard vane pump test (Vickers V104C), the wear is 85 % lower than the specified limit. Due to its high performance additive system it has an excellent wear reducing performance, close to that of gear oils (FZG 12, DIN 51354- Part 2).
This product has an outstanding thermal and hydrolytic stability. Its TOST lifetime is twice that specified in the DIN 51524-Part 2 standard.
The product meets the requirements of the Denison HF-O specification, the highest level of performance for mineral oil based hydraulic fluids.
Hydro HME 68 has excellent filterability and calculably low filter usage even with 2-3 micron pore size filter cartridges.
Its excellent water separation ensures that the water separates rapidly from the oil and can be drained from the system.
Hydro HME 68 can be applied in:
- Hydraulic systems operating at high pressures and under heavy operating conditions
- Industrial equipment operating at low temperatures, like pumps and servo systems
- Circulation systems
- Hydraulic systems of machine-tools
- Hydraulic systems of machines used in the plastics industry
- Turbo-, screw and vane compressors
- Hydraulic systems of earthmoving and forestry machines
