CASTROL Optileb F&D Spray
Medicinal White Oils
Food grade lubricant spray which is NSF-H1 authorized and complies with DAB 10 regulation.
Optileb F&D is a physiologically safe special lubricant for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. It provides a cleaning and anticorrosive effect and gives a light finish to stainless steel surfaces. Based on highly refined water-white mineral oil, it complies with the regulations of the German Pharmacopoeia DAB 10 and is odourless and tasteless. Optileb F&D Spray is NSF H1 (previously USDA H1) authorized and therefore suited for applications where a direct exposure of the lubricated part to the edible product is possible.
Optileb F&D is the spray version of Castrol Optileb DAB 8 white oil.
This spray can be used as a lubricant for machines and plants in the food and beverage industries as well as in the pharmaceutical industry such as packaging stations, filling machines, closing machines.
As stainless steel polish Optileb F&D Spray gives a matt finish to surfaces and protects them against soiling and fingerprint.
This product can be used between -10 °C (+14 °F) and +80 °C (+176 °F) temperatures.
Application advices:
- Shake Optileb F&D Spray well before use.
- Hold can about 20 cm (6 to 8 inches) from the lubrication point to apply thin and even layer.
- When polishing metal or stainless steel surfaces rub surfaces clean with a lint-free cloth after application.

- Pour point: -15 °C (+5 °F)
