MOL Synaxol 100
Soluble Metalworking Fluids
Synaxol 100 is a water-miscible synthetic metalworking fluid, which is free from boron. The product is free from mineral oil, but it contains emulsifiers, corrosion inhibitors, a friction modifier and wear reducing components.
MOL Synaxol 100 can be used for:
- Chipless machining of ferrous metals, i.e. steel wire drawing, steel sheet stamping, bending, deep drawing
- Medium-duty chip forming machining of steel, alloys with regular inspection and handling
Synaxol 100 is sensitive to biological contamination because it has a boron and biocide free composition, which is considered to be beneficial for safety at work. If contaminants (e.g. tramp oil ) enters the product during use, then a subsequent biocide treatment can be used to enhance the emulsion’s operating life.

- Thread rolling, spine-milling: 10 - 25 %

- Deep-drawing of medium steel sheet: 5 - 35 %
