Iloform PN 221 is a light-duty vanishing oil for stamping applications. This product is based on low viscosity, low odour isoparaffinic hydrocarbon and it is chlorine and heavy metal free.
Iloform PN 221 is especially recommended for use in electrical steel stamping of metal sheets for transformers (e.g. Rotor sheets). It is compatible with steels and aluminiums as well as yellow metals.
This vanishing oil is specially formulated for use in light duty sheet metal stamping operations where very low residues are required, in most cases eliminating the need for inter process cleaning.

Flash point, closed cup: 65 °C (149 °F)
