Iloform PN 223 is a light-duty vanishing oil for stamping applications. This product is based on low viscosity, low odour dearomatised hydrocarbon solvent, and it is chlorine and heavy metal free.
Iloform PN 223 is especially recommended for use in electrical steel stamping of metal sheets for transformers as well as on light gauge uncoated steels and zinc coated steels and yellow metals.
This vanishing oil is specially formulated for use in light duty sheet metal stamping operations where very low residues are required, in most cases eliminating the need for inter process cleaning.
