Castrol Alphasyn HTX 320 is based on PAO (poly-alpha-olefin) base oil and sulphur-phosphorus antiwear additives providing outstanding thermal stability and good load carrying capacity.
Alphasyn HTX 320 is recommended for use in most types of light to medium duty enclosed gear systems. It is also suitable for high temperature circulatory systems and bearings. The product should not be used for heavy and shock loaded gear systems.
Alphasyn HTX 320 has very low pour point and great viscosity stability, allowing its use in a wide temperature range. This gear oil is fully compatible with nitrite, silicone and fluorpolymer seal materials.
